Finally moved into my new apartment this weekend. Still have tons of boxes to unpack, but - not counting utilities - I'll be saving about $300 a month in rent. Asked for boxes at the copy room at work. They have those lovely sized boxes that reams of paper come in. With lids and handholds, these are really nice for moving. Even though I won't really be moving until October, it'll be nice to have a jump on things. Maybe I could even start packing this summer? The things I don't use very often ( Read more... )

One of the things I absolutely failed at last time I moved two years ago was all the places you need to change your address. So, my friends, let me know what I've forgotten so come October, when I move, I can be well prepared that I've changed everything.
